The KDE greeter or SDDM has no any indicator about network status such as found in Gnome for example. Since 2018-11-29, I have posted a bug report to the KDE bug.

According to the next bug report, which it is assigned as CONFIRMED, it looks like that the community attestation becomes aware about the feature. I think it would be applied in the near future.
